Delivery & Returns Delivery & Returns

Delivery.
We apply a flat rate charge of £5.05 for all orders which will be sent via Royal Mail. Your purchases are fully insured by us up to the point of delivery. We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

If Royal Mail cannot obtained a signature they will leave a card and return the item to your local Delivery Office where you will be able to collect it. Uncollected items may be returned to us, in which case we will endeavor to contact you immediately to re-arrange delivery.

Please note that all items paid for by credit or debit cards over the phone will only be shipped to the cardholder’s address.

Items of jewellery that we have in stock will normally be shipped the same working day (excluding bespoke or hand made items). If an item is out of stock we aim to supply to you in 2 to 4 days (after payment) when available. If your goods take any longer to arrive we will aim to contact you with in 24 hours.

If you require an item for a specific date please inform us when placing your order.

Returns

If any of the items you have bought are incorrect or unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on returns@arderejewellery.co.uk mentioning your invoice number and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Materials Advice (RMA). Write the RMA number on the dispatch note which arrived with your goods and send back to us at the address above. We will happily make a refund or exchange providing the items returned are complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Items returned after 7 days will only qualify for store credit. No refund will be possible if the item or items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used or if the item items have been worn. In these cases the items will be returned to you. We are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered or hand made or is a bespoke item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items via recorded delivery. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Ardere Jewellery will arrange for an exchange. Ardere Jewellerys decision is final.

We operate a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not delighted with your purchase send it back to us unopened and unused to qualify.

Special Orders

Please be aware that any hand made or bespoke designed pieces will be charged in full when you place your order. These goods are ordered as Non Cancellable Non Returnable (NCNR) and as such we will not be able to accept these items back. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Extended Period at Christmas

Any purchase intended as a gift for Christmas can be exchanged or credited up to the 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.
